Tbilisi Gardens.

A skyscraper you can scroll.

Turning Tbilisi’s first New York-style tower into an interactive website.

Project snapshot

Tbilisi Gardens is a residential skyscraper in the heart of Tbilisi, built on the promise of “a home where it’s all good”. Leavingstone created its brand identity and a website that makes the building itself the interface.

The Challenge

A skyscraper does not fit on a screen.

Tbilisi Gardens brought New York-style high-rise living to Tbilisi, and the tower is already a landmark in its neighbourhood.

The usual real estate website would have undone that. A gallery, a list of floor plans and a contact form shrink any building to a thumbnail, and this one was sold on its scale.

Our task was to fit the whole building into a single website and still show how big it is. Buyers also had to reach a specific apartment plan without getting lost on the way.

The building is the interface.

Our Approach

Visitors don’t read the tower.
They scroll it.

We made the building the interface. Visitors do not read pages about the tower; they scroll the tower itself.

The brand came first. We built the identity on one idea: a convenient, relaxed place in the middle of a crowded city, where everyday problems get out of your way. That calm set the rules for the website: a clean, fullscreen layout in white, warm bronze and turquoise, with nothing competing with the building.

Then we built the tower. Our 3D team produced a life-like render of the entire skyscraper, and our front-end team turned it into one continuous, scrollable experience. Apartment plans and the project description sit a few clicks away from any point on the building.

A render that large can easily feel heavy. Smooth scrolling and fluid transitions keep the experience effortless.

Brand

Built the brand identity around a single idea: a calm home in the heart of a busy city

Visualisation

Modelled the full skyscraper as a life-like 3D render

Interaction

Turned the building into the navigation: scroll the tower, open apartment plans in a few clicks

Engineering

Tuned scrolling and transitions so a very large visual still feels light

The Impact

Made to explore.
Built to last.

The website became a lead-generation landing page at the centre of Tbilisi Gardens’ online presence. Prospective buyers could explore the building, understand the project and find apartment plans before starting a conversation with the sales team.

It also became an interactive presentation for salespeople. Instead of moving through a slide deck, they could scroll the tower with a buyer, select floors and open apartment plans—making the entire project easy to present in one continuous experience.

The design community noticed too. CSS Design Awards named it Website of the Day and Awwwards named it Site of the Day one week apart in summer 2017. The Webby Awards recognised it for Best User Interface.

  • A lead-generation landing page and an interactive sales presentation in one website
  • A whole skyscraper, its apartment plans and its story, reachable in a few clicks
  • Site of the Day from two of the web’s leading design juries
  • Still live at tbilisigardens.ge in 2026, nine years after launch

Project results

Lead generation

A landing page built for prospective buyers

The website brought the tower, apartment plans and project story into one destination, supporting the journey from initial interest to a conversation with the sales team.

Sales enablement

An interactive presentation, not a slide deck

Salespeople used the website to present the project live: scroll the building, select a floor and explore apartment plans together with a buyer.

One experience

From first visit to sales conversation

The same website served as a lead-generation landing page and an interactive sales tool, keeping the project easy to explore and easy to present.
